Refund policy
Following are the terms and conditions that constitute Puppetoon.Net & Puppetoon™ Productions Shipping Policy.
We have a have a 10-day return replacement refund policy for Blu-ray Discs, DVD Discs, CDs, audiotapes, videotapes and video games. This means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return and ONLY if your Blu-ray or DVD arrives damaged or is the wrong item or is defective. We will replace the problem disc or discs.
No other returns or refunds allowed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it or if you have tried playing a disc or discs and they do not play or are defective.
Only unopened, sealed, unworn, unused in original packaging will be accepted You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at talkring@yahoo.com. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for return shipping. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Puppetoon™ Productions is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be shipped a replacement disc or discs or automatically refund your original payment method. Please note: Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Only the cost of the item(s) may be refunded where applicable. Please also remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
